SERVICES

We provide quality servicing and repairs to all makes of computerised engraving machines. Options include:

Telephone support / Skype etc is offered initially to diagnose the type of fault you have. We now reserve the right to charge for this - please see terms and conditions

Microwhite workshop service / repair - machine couriered in or delivered by yourself. We are reknowned for our hospitality!!

If a repair is required on smaller machines, control units and printed circuit boards, these can be shipped to our workshop.

On site call for a breakdown or repair - subject to area. For servicing we are happy to recommend other engineers who may be closer to you

Training in use and care of machines / engraving techniques

Training and support in the use of common design softwares e.g. Gravostyle, Vcarve, and Engravelab, can be for both the novice engraver or those wishing to make more use of their software capabilities. This training can be given on-site, at our own workshop or by telephone support / Skype etc.

R & D work undertaken

We will be happy to discuss any work that we carry out for you, in addition to this we will advise on basic maintenance procedures on request.
